I love broiling meats, I prefer it over baking or frying. Its quick and doesn't call for extra fat. The essence of simplicity and quickness. IngredientsChicken breasts PreparationLine a baking sheet with foil. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Set oven to broil and put oven racks up to the second from the top rung. You can put them at the top, but I usually set the smoke alarm off that way and the middles are too raw, so I recommend the second. Put chicken under broiler and cook on each side for about 5-7 minutes. Test each piece for doneness by cutting into thickest part and seeing if its pink, if it is, put it back under. |
